University requirements
Before the 10 June (for the first semester) and the 10 November (for the second semester), students will have to register themselves to the following address http://torvergata.socratesmanager.itsending the following documents to the University of Rome Tor Vergata by fax to +39.06.7236605, or by e-mail to Erasmus@uniroma2.it.

· the STUDENT APPLICATION FORM ;
· the Application form for the Italian language course (for those who wish to attend)
· the Residence accommodation application form, if required
Immediately upon arrival students will contact:

Students are required to present to the Erasmus Office the following documents:
· a certificate issued by their home university testifying that he/she has been awarded an Erasmus/Tempus scholarship, or a copy of their Erasmus/Tempus contract
· a photocopy of the student's university file or a similar document certifying that he/she is regularly enrolled with his/her home University in the current academy year
· four passport photos
After registration students will have to go to the A.DI.S.U. Office – Via Cambridge, 6 – Refectory Office - Tel. +39 06204101 – from Monday to Friday 9.00-13.30 and 14.30-16.30, for the refectory card;
In order to receive a refectory card, they will present following documents:
· The “ATTESTATO” of matriculation issued by the Erasmus Office
· Two passport photos
The cost of a meal at the refectory for the Erasmus students is of € 2,20 (about).

IMPORTANT: All information concerning courses and exams will be given to students when they get in contact with the Socrates Office and the Socrates Coordinating professors of their Faculties (see list below).
AT THE END OF THEIR STAY, ERASMUS STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO COME BACK TO THE CENTRAL ERASMUS OFFICE (VIA O. RAIMONDO, 18) FOR THE CHECK OUT; IN THIS OCCASION A FINAL CERTIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED BY THE SAME OFFICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CHECK OUT IS NOT PERFORMED, NO CERTIFICATION WILL BE ISUUED.
