LECTURESHIP A/B IN EUROPEAN POLITICS (REF 312/03)
Applications are invited for a Lectureship in European Politics, in
the Department of Government, to run from 1 September 2003. We are
seeking applications in the areas of comparative European and/or European
Union Politics. The successful applicant will also offer a Mediterranean
politics module (comprising Spanish and Italian politics) at second-year
level. Applicants should possess a first degree in a relevant subject or
appropriate postgraduate qualification and a PhD (or be very close to
completion). A strong research and publication profile and experience of
teaching at undergraduate level are essential.
Salary for both posts in the range Lecturer A, £22,191 to £25,451
per
annum and Lecturer B, £26,270 to £33,679 per annum, appointment
will be
