INFORMATIONS
FOR ERASMUS AND TEMPUS STUDENTS
University requirements
Before the 1 June (for the first semester) and the 1
November (for the second semester), students should send
the following documentation to the University "Tor
Vergata" of Rome by fax to +39.06.7236605, or by
e-mail to Erasmus@uniroma2.it.
·
the STUDENT APPLICATION FORM (see file enclosed)
·
the Application form for the Italian language courses
(if you are interested in attending them) (see file enclosed)
·
the Residence accommodation application form (see file
enclosed), if required
Immediately upon arrival the student should contact:
Erasmus Office of the University of Tor Vergata
Via Orazio Raimondo, 18 - ground floor
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.00 - 12.00
Wednesday also 15.00 - 17.00

The student should present to the Erasmus Office the
following documentation:
·
a certificate issued by the competent university testifying
that he/she holds an Erasmus/Tempus scholarship or otherwise
a copy of the Erasmus/Tempus contract
·
a photocopy of the student's university file or a similar
document certifying that he/she is regularly enrolled
in the current academy year
·
three photos
·
a valid identity paper
After that the student should go to the A.DI.S.U. Office – Via
Arrigo Cavaglieri, 6 – Refectory Office - Tel.
00390672640026 – from Monday to Friday 9.00-13.30
and 14.30-16.30.
In order to receive the refectory card, the student should present following
documents:

The “ATTESTATO” of entry issued by the Erasmus Office
·
Two photos
The cost of a meal at the refectory for the Erasmus students is of € 1,80.
VERY IMPORTANT: All information concerning the courses
and the exams have to be required to the responsible
of the Schools (see list below).
AT THE END OF THE STAY THE ERASMUS STUDENT SHOULD COME
AGAIN TO THE CENTRAL ERASMUS OFFICE (VIA O. RAIMONDO,
18) FOR THE CHECK OUT AND THE FINAL CERTIFICATION.
IF THE CHECK OUT IS NOT PERFORMED ANY CERTIFICATION
WILL BE RELEASED
